Description
Anchor 9 (SRRS-01007) was a vessel refit station in service with the UNSC Navy during the Human-Covenant war. It had multiple hangar bays with several YSS-1000 Sabre fighters stored inside. In addition, it had docking umbilici for larger vessels such as frigates. The station was surrounded by frigate repair facilities which had several half-built ships in and around them.

History
The station orbited Reach during the Fall of Reach in August 2552. During Operation: UPPER CUT, the station was used by SPARTAN-B312 and Jorge-052 to arm a slipspace drive as an improvised bomb against Long Night of Solace. After Long Night of Solace was destroyed by the bomb, the Covenant's Fleet of Particular Justice arrived near Anchor 9.
